This home in the heart of Martinez is a beautiful renovated and designer decorated. Big open spaces and lot's of windows and garden light. Martinez has lovely restaurants, supermarkets and street shopping and trains all in a 4 blocks walking distance. The neighbourhood has lovely homes and lots of trees for enjoying a morning or afternoon walk. So if you like a quiet neighbourhood this would be it. Downtown Bs. As. is half an hour away. Trains run all day until midnight. Other things to note I think they will love the area and will want to come back. Half an hour from Retiro station, heart of Buenos Aires and half an hour from our magnificent delta, Tigre, with exquisite boat rides lovely restaurants on the islands, quite unique in the world
