In one of the nicest residential areas of Buenos Aires and with a strategic location (meters from the train and the Martinez shopping center). It's a very cozy and bright apartment. With the bedroom and kitchen separated. Great for couples or friends. The building is very quiet, located on the first floor by elevator. We have an optional garage for rent one block away. Important: Guests must present a copy of their ID before entering. Guest access The apartment has laundry and a garage at no charge. Other things to note We provide all the white linen (2 units per guest) for the entire stay
