Lovely one-bedroom, recently renovated apartment with an amazing view of Avenida 9 de Julio and the Obelisk. In the heart of the city, 11th floor. Inside, it’s very quiet thanks to PVC windows. You’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a great mattress — perfect for relaxing after a long day enjoying the city. The apartment features a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy the incredible view. The space The apartment is equipped with: Washing machine Refrigerator Electric kettle Induction cooker Toaster TV (Smart TV) Air conditioner in every room (cool/heat) Water heater Hairdryer Clean bed linens and towels will be prepared for you. Other things to note Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Outside period between 10.00AM and 8:00PM a supplement of US$15 will be charged. but do not hesitate to ask us about the possibility of advancing or delaying those times. We try to be very flexible when it is possible
