Room for ladies in a spacious and bright apartment ✨ Enjoy a comfortable and quiet space with a bathroom and kitchen for exclusive use, ideal for feeling at home. I use the other room to study or work from home, I don't live there. So guests will have the feeling of having rented an entire and independent space most of the time. Upon arrival, I will welcome you with tea, coffee, mineral water, and something sweet. ❤️ I'll wait for you to experience Buenos Aires as if you were at home. The space I invite you to enjoy Buenos Aires from a place full of charm and tranquility. The apartment is located in one of the most porteñas areas of Buenos Aires: only 3 blocks from Av. 9 de Julio, 8 blocks from Plaza Dorrego and the historic neighborhood of San Telmo. Steps from the UADE, the subway (subte) and several bus lines. Around you will find delicious bakeries, Buenos Aires cafes, typical restaurants and everything you need to move comfortably around the city. The space has a private room for one person, with the option of adding a mattress if there are two people or using the second room, which has another bed. Although I rent the rooms separately, I do not overlap reservations, unless the guests know each other. In this way, each guest can enjoy the entire apartment exclusively and totally independently, with the comfort of feeling at home. The bathroom and kitchen are for exclusive use. Only you will use them! ❤️ The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with a large table where you can eat comfortably and quietly. The balcony of the house, full of light and sun in the mornings, overlooks the room and is an ideal corner for reading, enjoying a coffee or listening to the birds. The building is quiet and safe, with 24-hour security cameras and a manager. The apartment faces the back, it is very quiet, perfect for resting after a day of touring the city🏠❤️✨️.
