Check-Out: Until 10:00 am. Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We cannot guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out as it will depend on the availability of the moment (if there is a reservation the night before or check-in the day of check out). Please do not consult in advance. Confirmation can only be given the day before check-in or check-out. Cleaning fee Cleaning fee covers the initial cleaning of the apartment prior to your arrival, with new linens and towels. Daily or additional housekeeping is not included. The apartment is delivered with: 1 set of towels per person 1 set of sheets per bed, pillows and cover. In the case of requiring extra cleaning or replacement of sheets and towels may be provided with the extra for this extra service. 🔌 Responsible use of energy 🌱 💡 Rate includes up to ARS 50,000 of monthly electricity consumption. ⚡ Excess consumption: In case of exceeding this limit, by sending them the EDENOR ballot, there will be an extra charge for the additional consumption. Reservations and payment We do not book outside of Airbnb. For security reasons, all reservations must be made exclusively through Airbnb.
