Beautiful Loft style apartment located in the San Telmo neighborhood, on the second floor of a completely remodeled industrial floor in a residential building with an immense terrace with outdoor heated pool, gym, sauna, laundry, grill and 24-hour doorman. The unit offers a living-dining room with high ceiling sky and large windows, with delicate designer furniture. A very comfortable, bright and quiet option in a large building with an excellent location. The space The apartment will be cleaned and arranged when you receive it. We left replacement towels and linens and a nice reception. Guest access The apartment has a beautiful swimming pool, with a sauna, grill and gym. On the terrace there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers that work with tokens that are purchased at the security post at the entrance of the building. Other things to note We offer biweekly cleaning included in the rental price. If you need extra cleaning, we offer you that service at your cost
