Location, location, location. Beautiful 2-room apartment, located in the heart of Palermo. Ideal for vacations and remote work. Close to everything: Polo, Palermo Hippodrome and Forests, La Rural, Malba Museum, Las Cañitas, United States Embassy, La Trinidad Sanatorium and Los Arcos Sanatorium (there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.) They have just opened a new park "Plaza Cañitas", just around the corner. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to answer them. The space Modern and very bright 2-room apartment, fully equipped to live in. It has a queen-size sommier bed (1.60 meters wide x 2 meters long), a separate work area (ideal for remote work), an armchair (not a bed), Wi-Fi, a 32" HD TV, a table with 4 chairs, and a bar with 1 rattan-like stool. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, plates, glasses, cutlery, glasses and pans. The apartment was recently remodeled. Guest access Guests can use the laundry in the building, which has 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines. You have to buy the coins to use them from the building manager. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Ask about other times. Other things to note The manager or his assistant is at the building entrance during the day, and private security is available at night.
