Located in the heart of Palermo Soho, this apartment with ample space and plenty of natural light is ideal for couples on a honeymoon or a romantic holiday, or professionals including nomads looking for a place to stay and work. Walking distance to La Rural Convention Center (ideal if you are an exhibitor or visitor), Botanical Gardens, EcoPark of Buenos Aires, Plaza Serrano, Plaza Inmigrantes de Armenia, Plaza Italia, Outlets of Distrito Arcos, and some of the finest restaurants in the city. The space You will open up the apartment to living and dining area with a bar where you can enjoy a drink or breakfast. A hallway leads you to the kitchen complete with appliances and utensils, a small room with a work desk, the bathroom, and the main bedroom. A balcony, with its unobstructed views of the skyline, runs along the full width of the apartment and illuminates most of the spaces.
