This Modern and Luminous Design Apartment is new and specially equipped to receive travelers from all over the world who want to enjoy the city. Located in Palermo Hollywood, one of the trendiest districts and one of Buenos Aires nightlife poles, where you can find a wide variety of first class restaurants, pubs, breweries, jazz clubs, art galleries, and theaters, as well as green spaces in the vicinity to enjoy the outdoors. The space Set with top quality designer furniture and equipped with new appliances in perfect condition (Sony, Phillips, Panasonic, Siam,), the apartment is fresh and pleasant, has a balcony and good natural lighting throughout the day, making it very comfortable both as a resting place and as a work space. It has central heating in winter, air conditioning, TV (smart tv with chromecast so you can send videos from your phone: Netflix, youtube, etc.) and WiFi. We have flexible check-in and check-out times to make your stay more pleasant. When you arrive you will receive a welcome guide, with telephone numbers, and a list of suggestions and nearby places (supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, etc.). We will also give you a SUBE card to travel in all the public transport networks of the city. Guest access The building has amenities that will make your stay more comfortable: a small pool on the terrace (9th floor), chairs, grill and equipment to enjoy a "barbecue" in the open air. It also has a laundry room (8th floor). Other things to note In case that the reservation were for more than 2 weeks, in orther to enjoy the stay and keep the space cleaned, the cleanning service would be usd 10 per week. Then we could coordinate day and time for the cleanning service (3 hours estimated) for the confort of our guest!
