Also, it has a central bench, sofa, TV, suite bathroom, guest toilet, air-conditioning and a large window looking onto the balcony where you can work, or have your breakfast, a couple of drinks. The apartment has sheets and towels and WIFI 300 MB The space “The apartment has one large queen double bed” (160cmx190cm), air conditioning both at the bedroom and living room. It´s a place ready for home-office since you make work either inside or at the balcony with a 300 MB wifi, or either chill-out. Due to its orientation the apartment enjoys sunlight throughout the day. In the surroundings there are many residential buildings and the US embassy, La Rural Convention Center, Distrito Arcos Shopping Mall and the Rosedal Palermo Park a few meters away. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The guest has access to common areas such as the pool, sauna, gym and grill. Hours: 8 am to 8 pm. Swimming pool enabled from November to April. Other things to note The apartment is located at Beruti Street between Godoy Cruz and Fray Santa María de Oro streets. The location is fantastic, located just a block from the Rural- Convention Center, US Embassy and three blocks away from the Rosedal Park. Moreover, Distrito Arcos Shopping Mall is just three blocks away where you can find all the well-known brands. The apartment is found 15 minutes away from the Buenos Aires City Airport (Aeroparque Internacional Jorge Newbery)
