Modern studio apartment on the 18th floor with amazing views of the city. Building with 24 hours security, pool open Nov 15 to Apr 15, laundry and gym on the 31st floor. Check in: 14PM & Check out 11AM. Arrival between 20PM and midnight has a late fee of usd20. Booking from the previous day allowed to check in as early 8AM. Check in between Midnight and 8AM is NOT possible. Store Luggage : 9AM-16PM. The apartment size Bed is 170 cm by 190 cm. Feel free to contact me for further information. The space If you like a room with a view ,Amigo offers you a perfect base in Buenos Aires, positioned on the 18th floor, with large widows and doors leading onto a private balcony, ideal to enjoy the panoramic city vista. Furnished with comfortable contemporary lounge furniture and bed size of 170 x 190. Amigo is perfectly situated to explore the city, based in the fashionable neighbourhood of Palermo, giving you access and temptation to the best of Buenos Aires shopping, cuisine and bars. To fight of the excess you can enjoy the large swimming pool and sun deck or prepare for a night out with a workout at the local gymnasium. After a day in the city to help you relax you have a fully integrated entertainment system, with cable Plasma TV, sound system, and WiFi. You also have a fully equipped kitchen are to prepare a light snack or if entertaining enough space and utensils to impress. Gardens Ground Floor - Pool: Open from November 14 to April 15 Sky Gym on the 31 floor: 7AM TO 23PM Sauna on the 32 floor: with Reservation only Other things to note LATE IN: Please note that, if your arrival at the apartment is between 8 pm and Midnight there is a late check-in fee of US$ 20 that applies in all cases. This could be paid to our representative at the apartment and we only accept cash payments for this service. Early In: If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart.If other guests are coming or going on the same day ,check-out from the apt. is 11 am and check-in is 2 pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment. If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags after 9AM The pool in the building is closed from April 15th to November 15th
