With all the comforts of a hotel, and the freedom to be at home. Beautiful apartment designed to enjoy an intimate and independent stay. The pool is enabled from 11/30 onwards. The building has a laundry room, sauna, pool, conference room, gym and 24-hour security. Check in: 3 PM onwards. Check-out: 11:00 am. We have a masterlock system for a separate entrance. The space The accommodation has WIFI, TV, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, towels and sheets for 2 people, full bathroom and masterlock for self check-in. Guest access • Amenities are for the exclusive use of guests, in the schedule established by the building in case of having guests, these spaces are prohibited for them. • Pool The pool will remain enabled from the end of November and mid-March (According to the building management, check) - When you finish using the pool, try to be dry, properly dressed and footwear requested by the building management. - IT IS FORBIDDEN to eat and drink around or inside the pool. • Laundry and Conference Room: in the booking confirmation, you will find the indications of how to make the reservation. Pool meals HOURS: Monday to Monday from 8:00 AM - 20:00 PM Gym: Monday to Monday from 8:00 AM - 22:00 PM Sauna: Monday to Monday from 8:00 AM - 22:00 PM Conference Room: Monday to Monday from 8:00 AM - 22:00 PM BUILDING STANDARDS - The elevator can accommodate up to 4 people. -Respect the rest hours including the weekend. You can't throw cigarettes on the balcony. - Garbage baskets are located in the middle of the emergency staircase. - No meetings or parties are allowed on the property -The use of the amenities is exclusive for guests. - If you make any kind of move: the schedule is from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon. (Must be notified to the administrator or security team in advance.) When you use the gym, you must be fully dressed. - When you finish using the pool, try to be dry, properly dressed and footwear requested by the building management. IN THE EVENT THAT THESE RULES ARE NOT MET, THE RESPECTIVE FINE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE BUILDING REGULATIONS. Other things to note - Cleaning service is mandatory for all guests, it is done every 7 days. -the monthly stays do not have a change of whites at the time of cleaning (2 sets of sheets will be delivered and the guest must take care of their washing). - No smoking: any trace of smoke smell inside the apartment will be penalized with a fine equivalent to USD 100 for the number of nights of the total reservation. - Visitors: up to 2 people can be invited to the apartment, being prohibited the use of the common facilities of the building for guests. - Additional charges: The maintenance of the property and its furniture is in charge of the tenant, any loss or breakage will be charged at the market value of the day of check out. This includes excess dirt, stains on sheets or makeup towels, blood or the like, breakage of crockery or electronics, breakage or loss of remote control, deterioration of mattresses, pillows, armchairs, furniture or loss of apartment keys.
