The space Located on the 4th floor of the 'Vitreaux' building, you will find our charming 2 rooms. Upon entering, you will find the distribution hall that will take you to the living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and a guest bathroom. This space has an imposing marble table and upholstered armchairs. All the apartment's furniture and equipment is of the highest quality. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary cooking utensils if you wish. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed where a 3rd guest sleeps if needed. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. It also has plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases. Both rooms have air conditioning/heating. Located in one of Buenos Aires' most sought-after areas, you'll be close to everything, bars, restaurants, hospital area (just 200 meters from Sanatorio Guemes) Guest access When you stay in our apartment you will have free access to the building's gym, which is well equipped. If you want to work quietly and have meetings, you can use the co-work space that has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and toilets. With prior reservation and an additional payment for cleaning, you can also make use of the SUM (multi-purpose room) that has grills and tableware to receive your guests (check the rules of coexistence before booking)
