Estamos frente al hotel Casa Sur y el Restaurant Fabric. La calle es muy iluminada y segura. El subte de la linea D esta a 5 cuadras. Actualmente hay una obra interna en el edificio en el piso 7 al frentre. Nuestro departamento esta en el piso 4 a contra frente pero ocasionalmente pueden escucharse ruidos en la semana.
