A shared house in the heart of Palermo, with 11 private rooms with single beds, to live the co-living experience with young students from all over the world. Fully equipped and furnished house, ready to live for monthly stays, with all amenities included. Ideal for exchange students, unbeatable location, and everything designed to live comfortably and study quietly. The space The room has an outdoor window and sun. It is located on the first floor, where there are 4 private rooms, 1 full and shared bathroom, and a large and bright terrace. Below is a dining room, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the items available to use. At the bottom of the house there is a garden with pool, plants, table and grill. Guest access Each guest will have their own access key to the house and their private room. In your room you have a double bed, with all the corresponding bedding, light table, placard, desk with chair and light, and window. It also includes a fan and electric heating. In the common areas, it has a dining room, living room, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, with 3 refrigerators, 2 ovens, microwave, kettle, utensils, pots, and everything you need. Also a washing machine and cleaning products are available. Large bath towels are not included. For hygiene reasons, those towels are the responsibility and property of each guest. We only provide a “hand” towel in every bathroom. But NO towels are provided to every guest. During your stay We are a family that managed 8 years ago houses for students. There is an entire team that, although we do not live in the house, we are permanently available for whatever is needed. Other things to note Includes cleaning staff, 2 or 3 times per week. And you also have maintenance personnel, for any inconvenience that may arise.
