New, stylish, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, en-suit bathroom, toilet and balcony with open views of Palermo. Fully equipped and safe. SmartTV with Netflix (login with your account) in the living room. New building with excellent facilities: outdoor pool, gym and laundry. Within walking distance to the best restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as train stations and buses. The space Modern but cozy decoration, fully equipped, unbeatable location, lots of light and green open views. And everything in the apartment is new! Guest access In addition to the entire apartment, guests can also access the building's facilities (outdoor pool, gym and laundry) Other things to note - Late check-in between 8pm and 12am has a cost of 20USD to be paid upon arrival. After midnight it has a cost of 50USD (please confirm availability) - Arriving after the agreed check-in time has a cost of 10 USD per hour. Delays must be notified at least 2 hours in advance. - 50 USD will be charged in case of keys loss. If the guest gets locked out and the key is in the door lock, guests must cover the locksmith costs. - For long stays (over 21 nights) guests must cover the cost of a cleaning service halfway through the reservation. For stays longer than one month at least every two weeks. - No smoking, no pets and no parties/events. 200 USD fines
