Located in Palermo Hollywood, one of the trendiest districts and one of Buenos Aires nightlife poles, where you can find a wide variety of first class restaurants, pubs, breweries, jazz clubs, art galleries, and theaters, as well as green spaces in the vicinity to enjoy the outdoors. The space It has a separated and quiet bedroom, big integrated livingroom and kitchen, and a very cool balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and nice view. Set with top quality designer furniture and equipped with new appliances in perfect condition, this confortable apartment is fresh and pleasant, has an spacefull balcony with plants and good natural lighting throughout the day, making it very comfortable both as a resting place and as a work space. It has central heating in winter, air conditioning, TV (you can send videos from your phone: Netflix, youtube, etc.) and WiFi. if you neeed to park your car in the buillding, please let us know to check availability first, most of the time there is free space... if so, we can provide you free parking!! We have flexible check-in and check-out times to make your stay more pleasant. When you arrive you will receive a welcome guide, with telephone numbers, and a list of suggestions and nearby places (supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, etc.). Guest access The building has amenities that will make your stay more comfortable: a very cool pool on the terrace (9th floor), chairs, grill and equipment to enjoy a "barbecue" in the open air. It also has a laundry room (9th floor). Other things to note In case that the reservation were for more than 2 weeks, in orther to enjoy the stay and keep the space cleaned, the cleanning service would be usd 18 per week. Then we could coordinate day and time for the cleanning service (3 hours estimated) for the confort of our guest!
