Quiet, modern and elegant one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (not facing the street) in Barrio Norte / Recoleta neighborhood. One block from the subway and at walking distance from all kind of stores, groceries, restaurants, etc. Other things to note El espacio HARMONY is a classically elegant one-bedroom apartment on a 2nd floor with stylish furnishings offering everything a visitor could require in a home away from home- all in a neat and comfortable package. The teak wooden floors lead you into an ultra modern open plan kitchen fitted with granite tops and aluminum appliances and finishes. The spacious and newly fitted kitchen offers everything a person could ask for- whether you are ordering in, or cooking a sumptuous meal for guests. And while you cook, you are not far away from the action as you overlook the sizeable living area comprising a dining table for 4, a large comfy sofa, and tasteful décor that all leads onto a sun deck patio and a quiet retreat from a busy day exploring. The living area is bright and airy, and both a haven from the craziness of Buenos Aires, or a place to entertain and bring some Latino madness home. .......................................................................................... After spending time shopping or strolling along Santa Fe Avenue, one of Buenos Aires' busiest streets, it's difficult to imagine finding any escape from the hustle and bustle. Yet, set in the heart of the city, Harmony offers you just that. From the moment you step off Santa Fe's crazy pedestrian jammed sidewalks and into your modern apartment building, you will feel the buzz of the street seemingly wash away. Take the elevator to your second floor apartment and feel the effects of this calm take control. ---------------------------------------------------------- If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart. If other guests are coming or going on the same day ,check-out from the apt. is11am and check-in is14pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment. Arrival after 20pm has a late check in fee of usd20. If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags. Middle cleaning available for a fee of US$20 per cleaning.. Please ask before
