My place is really well located since it is nearby the city landmarks. It is next to plaza san martin, which is I think the most beautiful plaza in buenos aires. You have the central train station Retiro just a few blocks away, many buses too and taxis that go by Avenida Santa Fe which is where my apartment is located. The place has a lot of light since the front has all windows that give to avenida santa fe. The space The windows have been changed when I renew the apartment in February 2017 to windows which are double glass so besides being in the middle of downtown you have a quiet space to rest. Even more so the bedroom is on the back so it is really quiet. The rest of the apartment is in fact new since the renovation. Other things to note Something else to take into account is that you almost don’t have any neighbors because the building is mostly offices. This really gives you some nice peace and quiet if you need it
