We invite you to stay in this beautiful, fully-equipped apartment, very well located in the Retiro neighborhood, a few blocks from Plaza San Martín, the Foreign Ministry, and a few steps from the Obelisk. The space The apartment: Kitchen: microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, under-counter refrigerator with freezer and microwave. Living / dining room: Smart TV, sofa (a child could sleep as a third person, ask), table with four chairs, electric stove, French balcony and air conditioning hot / cold. Bathroom: shower, European bidet, and towel sets. Bedroom: double bed, nightstand, bedside table, closet with large storage space, set of sheets and quilt. Information on electricity consumption for long-term stays: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest! To ensure a comfortable and environmentally responsible experience, we inform you that for reservations of 20 days or more, we apply an electricity consumption policy. If electricity use exceeds 500 kWh during your stay, an additional charge may apply for excess consumption. This measure helps us promote efficient energy use, which we value very much.
