Very well-equipped and located studio for 4 people. Downtown, comfortable and convenient. Balcony facing the street. Close to Avenida 9 de Julio, Teatro Colón. Super well connected. Currently everything is electric. It has an electric water heater and the oven has been replaced by an electric stove!! Other things to note We want to let you know that even if you've booked an extra night, unfortunately, we can't check you in or out in the middle of the night.
