Forget about fancy photos: Honesty! what you see is what you get. Check my reviews. The house is pristinely clean, comfortable, warm, and with all your requirements. You can use every single thing like if it is your own. The house is solid, low noise, sunny, in a quiet area,, comfortable rooms (size, decoration, furniture, heat/cold a/c, etc), with terrace and garden, and an incredible playroom. Cleaning-lady: Wednesday afternoon. 12pm to 4pm. Remember to leave the room open!!! The space 2 bedrooms available. 1 shared, divided, bathroom. Sunny terrace with many plants, chairs, table, and a Brazilian grill. Playroom with TV, books, CDs (I'm vintage!), and lots of touristic magazines with great info of LATAM, Argentinean places, and Buenos Aires. If you want to move the legs, you also have an elliptical machine. All in the house, at your disposal. The Orange room is 4x3,5 meters. The Green one is 3x3,5 meters. Both with double bed, a desk, chairs, GREAT wardrobe, and of course keys to the door. Check reviews, experiences, and comments from other guests. Guest access All the house is to use and enjoy, including the grill. During your stay I am friendly and easy-going person, lived abroad (Europe and Asia). Being here or on travel, I will be available 24x7 for the guest needs. When I'm in Buenos Aires, I live in the house. You can contact me anytime for assistance, and you will arrange check-in-out with my friendly and kind father Jorge. Other things to note ID check will be performed at arrival, like in any other place. No pets, no minor age allowed
