Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and very bright accommodation in a modern building. The department comes with everything you need for an excellent stay. Integrated kitchen in the living room complete with oven and refrigerator with freezer, various appliances and complete crockery. Full bathroom with a tub. Room with double bed, work desk with wifi internet (illustrative computer, no computer in the apartment). The small balcony gives a lot of light and air to the apartment. Other things to note Rental includes monthly consumption of electricity up to 200 kwh per month (Normal consumption). If the consumption were higher the tenant must pay the difference. The price for each extra Kwh is approximately $200 Argentine pesos
