You're going to love our space! It's located in a beautiful historic recycled building with industrial style, where old publishing houses used to operate. It is fully equipped for 2 people. The ground floor consists of living-dining room and integrated kitchen. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, large wardrobe and bathroom. It has A/C, WIFI, TV, towels, bed linen and fortnightly cleaning. The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the city centre. Access to metro and buses. The space The building originally housed the Esquiú and Difusión publishing houses from the early 1900s, and has been fully renovated in an industrial style, with iron columns and beams and exposed brickwork. The units are arranged around two large internal green areas. Guest access The building has common areas such as two inner patios full of vegetation that provide a green lung; both floors of the flat overlook the patio. It also has a large shared terrace with solarium. Other things to note Good for couples or people travelling alone
