Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation on the pedestrian Lavalle. Our apartment is located on a 13th floor, overlooking the city and the Obelisk, in an old building. It is a two-room, with air conditioning cold/heat in each environment, equipped with gas stove and cooking utensils. Available for short and long stays, up to 2 people. Guest access Check-in is face-to-face. For income after 8pm and until 7 am you can look for the key in Malabia 444 (Villa crespo) or we welcome you in the apartment for a cost of 10 usd or the equivalent in pesos to the dollar blue. Other things to note Earnings in the early morning or very late at night, between 08pm and 07am, go and get the keys at the following address: Malabia 444 - Villa Crespo - Capital Federal. Ask in security about the keys with your name. Or also for $10 or the equivalent in pesos at usd blue, we are waiting for you at the apartment with the key at these times. Important: reservations made after 5pm for income on the same day, we receive them in the apartment at the time we agree for the value of 10 usd or the equivalent in pesos to the usd blue
