The perfect place to live your authentic Porteño experience. The space The apartment offers an excellent combination of historical character and modern amenities. We want to ensure your stay in the city is optimal. You will find: -Bedroom with Queen Size bed -TV with Chromecast so you can enjoy your favorite content -Fully equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, and all necessary utensils -Modern bathroom with amenities for your first days -Closet with hangers for your clothes -Safety box -Air conditioning (heating and cooling) -High-speed internet -Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detector Guest access You'll have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. The building has an elevator. Other things to note As required by City of Buenos Aires regulations, we’ll request a copy of your passport or ID before your arrival. This is a mandatory requirement for guest registration. If the building access tag is lost, a replacement fee of USD 20 will apply. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
