The loft apartment is a very nice and modern space located next to the Plaza del Palacio del Congreso de la Nación Argentina, in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires. Aeroparque is 10 km away, Ezeiza Airport is 29 km away, BuqueBus is 4 km away. Two subway stations nearby, Congreso (Line A) is 350 meters away and Saenz Peña station is 200 meters away. The space Bright apartment, especially in the morning, with a modern decoration and a perfect space for two people. A queen size bed, very comfortable, open space with integrated kitchen, living room with a sofa bed. Balcony facing the neighborhood, calm and quiet. Large terrace with barbecue and beautiful views of the city and the recently restored Plaza del Congreso. LIVING ROOM AND INTEGRATED KITCHEN The living room has a large and comfortable armchair, a coffee table and a TV. Fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living room, it includes a stove, microwave, coffee maker and everything you might need. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. The bedroom has a double bed with sheets included, it is separated with a beautiful wooden divider. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and all the essentials along with towels. Guest access It does not have a garage, but there is open parking 24 hours a day near the apartment. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Our check in time is after 3pm, please check availability for early check in. For check-in before 11am on the day of your arrival, you need to make a reservation the day before. Check-out is before 11:00 am, we do not offer check-in or check-out during the early morning, from 0:00 am to 7:00 am. * Only 1 set of keys is available
