Historic building directly across from Plaza Dorrego - the very heart of San Telmo. The apartment is spacious, luminous and quiet, yet right in the center of everything: great restaurants, museums, notable bars, tango parlors, street fairs, etc. The apartment itself is ample, comfortable and fully-stocked; ready to make your stay unique and memorable! Our managing staff in Buenos Aires will be eager to answer any questions you may have, along with offering advice on things to do, etc. The space • IMPORTANT • • Upon booking, someone from our staff will communicate with you thru Airbnb within 24 hours to coordinate your arrival (if your arrival is fewer than 24 hours away, our agents will contact you sooner!). From there we'll continue via email, where we'll ask that you send us your flight information so we can monitor any delays and coordinate your check-in to the apartment. • Alternatively, if you are already in Buenos Aires, please let us know so we can coordinate a time to meet you for check-in, per our hours of operation (see below). • Per listing detail, please note that both check-in and check-out times are at 12 PM. We do offer the possibility of earlier check-in (as early as 9 AM) & late check-out (as late as 6 PM) for a fee of U$ 35, each time. Payable upon check-in, in USD or AR$ equivalent. • We realize that sometimes flights arrive or depart at off-hours; but please understand that our office does keep regular hours of operation. As such, if you need to check into or out of the apartment between the hours of 7 PM and 8 AM, a U$ 35 will be added on. Payable upon check-in, in USD or AR$ equivalent
