Unique opportunity of high value for money, as we accumulate our first reviews and finish furnishing the bar and the terrace. Ideal for digital nomads looking for medium-term stays in BA. Only 7 apartments, a beautiful central patio already furnished for outdoor dining, a beautiful facade and a wide sidewalk. Amazing location on cobblestone street in safe and cool area, near San Telmo market! The space The loft is in the ground floor. It has a nice living-dining area with high ceilings, a nice-looking kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Above the bathroom and kitchnette there is a bedroom that overlooks the dining-living area. The space has a nice amount of light and air from huge windows that overloook the central patio. Access to the apartment is in the ground floor via this patio. The loft is nicely equipped, with fast internet, AC, heating and brand new kitchen appliances. Apartments not great for three adults for long stays, we only allow this for short stays
