Do you think you know Buenos Aires because you've been to downtown? Well you need to see the real life, in this gorgeous NEIGHBORHOOD. Forget the worries in this great accommodation: it is an oasis of tranquility! 200 m from the oxygenating Parque Avellaneda, 7 km from the Obelisk, 7 blocks from Avellaneda Avenue (wholesale shopping center and clothing retailers), with access to countless means of transportation, incl. subway line A and E (subway, subway ) Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The space It is an 18 m2 (193 sq ft) room on the ground floor.
