Welcome to Palermo Pecina... an industrial style apartment on two floors, located next to Palermo Soho, 7 mins walk to Plaza Serrano... and many restaurants, bars & cool places very close. The apartment is fully equipped with a lot of lights and smart technology... you'll have private entrance with security cam (outside) and private movie theater / room. One queen bed, two convertible sofa bed to accommodate for up to 6 people. Wester Union, 24/7 Kiosko, street parking - 1 min away The space The apartment has two identical floors, which are super spacious (so you can move freely), and connected with stairs. Living room has convertible sofa and it takes two mins to setup the bed (sofa table has wheels) and 65 inch TV. Dining area is located just behind the sofa, so you can enjoy watching the TV while eating. Work space has a desk, a comfortable chair and the dock to just plug your laptop (USB Type C) - extended monitor, keyboard and mouse included. Upper floor has two major areas, sleeping room (queen size bed, Calm (r) hybrid mattress) and movie room with convertible sofa. Full video and audit integrated in the projector with Google / Alexa receiver. Tiny balcony to check the weather and spacious bathroom with bidet (Welcome to Argentina) Lastly, there is a 10m2 yard in front of the apartment with some cool lights for the evening time. Guest access Once you pass through the hallway door, all apartment is yours. Other things to note It's a cool place, I built it for myself, with passion and love, so hopefully you'll enjoy it the same way I do
