Private room in spacious and fully equipped house in residential and very quiet neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Less than 5 minutes walk from all means of transport. (train, bus and subte). It is about 30 minutes from the center of Buenos Aires and the most emblematic neighborhoods such as Palermo, Recoleta, Costanera and La Boca. Sofía and Gustavo who will help you with info. about the neighborhood and places to visit and will make you feel at home! The space The house has: * Private room with good lighting, Wi-Fi, closet, and air conditioning. * Fully equipped and very spacious kitchen. * Large garden with lots of greenery and a grill. * Covered garage (paid separately and subject to availability). * Living room with large table, TV, and sofa. * Washing machine (paid separately) * 3 full bathrooms with bathtub. * Office with desk and Wi-Fi connection for work Guest access Guests can freely use all common spaces such as the kitchen (use all utensils and services), grill, TV, radio, Wi-Fi connection. The only thing that is paid separately is the laundry and the garage (subject to availability). During your stay Guests will always be advised by me or my father Gustavo, both in person and by phone.
