Clean and sunny room with two bathroom; 10 minutes taxi from trenty Palermo Hollywood, close to the traditional Belgrano (China Town), Colegiales and Urquiza neighborhoods, 40 minutes to city center, easy access to public transportation. Close to everything you need: BBQs, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, breweries, wineries, supermarkets, bakeries, churches, pharmacies, gym, yoga, fitness boot camp, discoteque and parks. The space The space is super bright and with excellent ventilation, natural light throughout the day. The apartment has lots of natural light and good ventilation throughout the day. Guest access The apartment is for guests to use them, except for my room. You are welcome to the entire apartment, except for my room.
