A bright, comfortable and charming apartment. Natural light, great views and very well connected to the whole city. The space The room is spacious, cozy, with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. It has a desk, chairs, and a new bed with a maximum density mattress. It has a 65" TV and several platforms. Other things to note Check-in and checkout times Check-in is at 11:00 AM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. However, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times. We understand that this often does not depend on the will of travelers. The important thing is to arrange it in advance. Neighborhood It is one of the most beautiful and best connected places in all of Buenos Aires. It is very safe, as it is a residential area and is close to interesting neighborhoods such as Parque Chas, Villa Urquiza, Colegiales, Belgrano and Chacarita. There are bars, restaurants, and a major shopping avenue. We are three blocks away from one of the city's most important gastronomic centers. Who lives in the apartment? The only permanent resident is a kitten named Cumbia. She's very nice and makes friends with guests, but keep this in mind before booking if you have allergy problems. It's likely, but not certain, that you'll run into other guests during your stay. This does not put your safety at risk. I always talk to travelers before welcoming them.
