Spacious and bright studio fully equipped for 2 people located on Av. Triunvirato at 2962, a few blocks from the famous Chacarita Cemetery. Near the apartment, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and quick access to all public transportation methods. The accommodation is: - 230 meters from Subway line B. - 260 meters from the Jumbo supermarket. - 2.2 kilometers from the Flea Market. - 2.2 km from Plaza Mafalda. The space The apartment is equipped with: - A bedroom with a Queen bed, placar, exit to the balcony and air conditioning. - Living room with 2 comfortable chairs and mouse table - Kichenette with breakfast type table with high chairs, microwave, refrigerator, pot, pan, plates, glasses, cutlery and cleaning objects. - Air Conditioner - Full bathroom with bathtub. - Balcony. - Wi-Fi. Other things to note The photos show a washing machine but we currently had to remove it for maintenance. Location regulations: - Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. - Keep the stove off when not in use. - The apartment is fully electric. If the bill for the period of your stay exceeds normal and expected consumption (around 650 kWh per month), the difference will be charged to the guest. - Check-out time is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, you cannot leave the apartment in the early morning
