Discover convenience and comfort in this charming apartment located in the heart of Villa Urquiza near subway. Nestled on the 5th floor with an elevator, this lovely one-bedroom apartment offers an open view from its balcony. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. If you have two kids, they can also sleep in the bed sofa (we wouldn't recommend it for adults as it is clearly not as comfortable as a bed). The space The apartement itself is cozy and very comfortable. - The dining-living room has a bed sofa, table for four and a smart TV. You also get AC and ceiling fan. You get access to the balcony with open view to Urquiza neighborhood. - Kitchen: separated and complete kitchen, fully equiped with full-size fridge, oven, toaster, and all you need to cook yourself any kind of meal. NOTE: there is no microwave at the moment! Sorry for this :( - Laundry area connected to the kitchen, completely private for you. It includes washing machine, space to hang wet clothes to dry and iron. -The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub. We provide essentials like shampoo, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, and toilet paper. - The bedroom is pretty good size and has a very comfotable queen bed. It has plenty of closet space to keep your staff. Air conditioner and ceiling fan to sleep comfortably in any weather. In summary, these are the key amenities included: - Fast Wifi - Smart TV - Air conditioner (hot/cold) + ceiling fan in the bedrrom and living room area. - Darkening shades. - Complete Bathroom with bathtub and bidet. - Fully equipped kitchen with a door. - Washing machine on a separate laundry room - Towels and linens are provided. - We also provide basics like (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc) Note: Balcony faces Avenida Olazabal with an open view. (Keep in mind you could hear a bit of street noise as the balcony faces the street). Guest access Private access to the whole apartment Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out is possible but it is subject to availability. Check-in: - 5pm or later is the default option. - You need a bit earlier? as soon as 2pm is doable in most cases for free. - You need it even earlier? Usually, you can at least drop your luggage as soon as 10:30am - If you do need to enter the apartment earlier than 2pm (not just leaving your luggage), an additional of 50% the nightly rate will apply for the early check-in. Check-out: - 10am or sooner is the default option. - You need a bit later? up to 2pm is usually doable for free. After that, you can leave your luggage with us at the same apartment while we finish cleaning and get it at 5pm. - You need even later or you want to stay in the aparment later (not just your luggage)? In this case an additional of 50% the nightly rate will apply for the late checkout. Please keep in mind that any change to the default check-in or check-out times must be arranged, confirmated, and coordinated right after your booking as it is subject to availability and needs to be in sync with the requests from other guests and our own staff schedule. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION POLICY In order to promote responsible use of energy, a limit of 400 kWh per month is established as the normal and reasonable consumption. If consumption significantly exceeds this average, the guest will be responsible for covering the additional cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in using electricity responsibly
