Furnished and fully equipped apartment where you can find all you need during your stay. An absolutely great location in Colegiales close to Palermo. Located on Av. Alvarez Thomas on the 6th floor, on the front. All rooms have natural light. Our home has a lovely balcony to enjoy. The garage is not included, only under request. Please ask for availability and price before your booking. The space Two bedrooms, the main bedroom (ensuite) has queen size bed, air conditioner and complete bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 1 single bed, writtting desk and fan. Complete 2nd bathroom with shower. Living room with comfortable sofa, smart TV with netflix (not cable) & air conditioner warm/cold. Wooden table with chairs and writing desk. Complete kitchen with: fridge with freezer, gas oven & stove, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, iron, etc.. Includes: washing machine, Smart TV with TV cable (FLOW), air conditioning (2), WI FI 100MB, towels and sheets. - The baby crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer - Guest access The building has the following amenities: * Laundry (with mashing machine and dryer) *Small pool on the terrace Other things to note The departure time must be before 10 am and the arrival time from 2 pm onwards. Check-ins that are at dawn, that is, before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm will have an extra cost of USD 20 that must be paid in cash at check in. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed Parties or events are not allowed. Guests on the pool are not allowed. Full name and photo of the passport or DNI will be requested at the time of booking.
