Hi! We offer an apartment in Colegiales, 150 meters from the Mitre railway station, well connected to Palermo, Belgrano and the city center by public transport. This is our house, furnished to our liking, and we rent it temporarily while we visit our family in Korea. It is an ideal apartment for a couple with a baby or small child, to experience the city while living in a typical and quiet Buenos Aires neighborhood, but close to a host of shops, cafes and restaurants. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a small balcony, a full kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a full bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room. The living room has access to the balcony and has a 3-seater armchair that can be converted into a queen sized bed, an upright piano, and a 50' TV set. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, two dressers and two night tables. The second bedroom has a bed/crib for a baby or small child, a folding desk and a folding chair. The kitchen is integrated with the dining room through a high bar and is very well equipped! The dining room has a large table with 5 chairs, that can be extended for up to 8 people. It also has an armchair. The laundry room has a washing machine with sink and counter and a hanging clothesline for clothes
