The space It has two rooms: • The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. • The second room has a single bed (twin), ideal for a single person or a child. (This room is complemented by a toilet, without a shower or bathtub, the person staying in this room would have to bathe in the bathroom of the main room) • Independent toilet, also practical for visitors. 📺 The living room also has a TV. Hot/cold🌬️ air conditioning in all rooms. Stove in the living room. 📶 WiFi available 🧺 Washing machine. 🍽️ Kitchen integrated into the living room, with a bar ideal for sharing meals or relaxing. 🌿 Balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note Check-in 11 am and check out: 10 am In some particular cases I can be flexible with schedules, but it is always subject to prior availability and coordination. If you need to enter or leave at a different time, please consult me in advance and if possible, we accommodate it. For stays of 15 days or more, a mandatory cleaning is required after 15 days, cleaning is included. The day and time are previously agreed between both parties, within a reasonable range of availability. This cleaning includes the replacement of sheets, towels and general maintenance of the space, in order to maintain the good condition of the apartment throughout the stay
