Lovely river view! The space It is a large apartment located on Vilela & Arcos St. With 2 bedrooms: the main bedroom en suite with a king size bed, TV and air conditioning ; the second bedroom with individual bed + writing desk and chair. Full bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. Guests will find: * TV with cable deco * Air conditioning hot / cold in the main bedroom and living room. * Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, stove, etc.) * Closet with hangers. Iron. * Washing machine. * WIFI (300MB) * Towels and sheets included. The building has an elevator and stairs. Cleaning service is not included, it can be requested and has an extra cost. For long stays we recommend cleaning every 15 days. - The baby crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer - Other things to note The departure time must be before 10 am and the arrival time from 2 pm.
