Ideal and convenient for a family visit or longer stay for remote work. For security reasons, we will ask for a valid ID of the guest, not necessarily a photo (it could be a number ID, passport and full name of each guest) once the booking is confirmed. The space The apartment is very bright and modernly designed, enjoys a privileged location offering the perfect base for exploring the city of Buenos Aires. --- • High-speed Wi-Fi/Internet. • Split air conditioning with individual heating and cooling in the living-dining room and bedrooms. • 43" SMART TV / Cable in living room and master bedroom. • Black-out curtains in bedrooms. • Queen size bed (150x190mm) in the master bedroom. • Two single beds (90x190mm) in the secondary bedroom. • Fully equipped Kitchen • Large-capacity refrigerator with freezer. • Microwave, gas stove, electric oven. • Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen set. • En-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. • Toilette. • Front balcony with city view. • Security cameras installed at the building entrance. CHECK-IN: Check-in is possible after 3:00 PM. Once guests arrive at the building, they must prove their identification with us in order to enter the building. We cannot guarantee early check-in due to our occupancy the night before. To guarantee an early check-in, please ensure it by booking the night before. DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT: Check-out must be before 11:00 AM. The keys must be handed over to us after previously coordinating the departure time. If you want to extend your stay, whenever possible, you'll need to manage it through Airbnb 24 hours in advance. Guest access Guests can also use the building's common areas, such as the terrace and pool, which are available year-round from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
