Spacious apartment with public transport nearby, subway (line E) and many busses. Located in the capital, we offer accommodation for a type family, or 4 friends, as we have 1 bed for 2, 2 beds for 1 and a couch that may be used as a bed with extra charges. Air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom, 2 tv, wifi, pool, bbq, and many more things! Hope to see you soon! The space The apartment has: BEDROOMS 1. One king-size bed + wardrobe + AC (for cooling and heating) + TV 2. Two single beds + mini fan KITCHEN Equipped with all the necessary cutlery, dishes, glasses, pans, etc. LIVINGROOM Sofa + TV + AC (for cooling and heating) Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment, and on the 10th floor, to the swimming-pool and the bqq (with previous necessary reservation), also the laundry service (which requires specific coins you can ask me to leave in the apartment BEFORE check-in date, at the cost of ARS2,000 each). Other things to note We don't have parking lot inside the building. Though, if you wouldn't like to park on the street, there are two parkings nearby (round the corner). The building is located in front of a highway, so please do not expect ir to be fully silent. The windows are special but don't make the apartment isolated from noise
