Welcome to our charming PH! Just 2 blocks from the "Malabia" subway, with easy access to the whole city. Capacity for up to 5 people, with 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a small room with a single bed. The living room has comfortable armchairs and HD TV. Plus a private patio. Just 10 blocks from Movistar Arena and a 12-minute walk to Plaza Serrano (Palermo). An ideal place to immerse yourself in the magic of Buenos Aires from your own oasis in the city! The space Old loft refurbished to new, respecting its original period style. It is a very spacious and quiet building. Its rooms have high ceilings of the period (over 4 meters). It has double cedar doors, porcelain floors and a patio in its heart that all the rooms of the house lead to, ideal for enjoying in the morning and/or at night. The living room is on the ground floor, loft type, where in its upper part there is a wooden mezzanine with a double bed. That same mezzanine leads to a small room, 1.65 meters high, in a ship's cabin style and ideal for those who enjoy resting in a small and cozy place. There we find a single bed next to a nice window that overlooks the central patio. All mattresses are super comfortable high density. It has two important silent hot/cold spit units that keep the whole house at the desired temperature. Strategic location. We have a security camera at the entrance, and the apartment is located in a safe neighborhood just 12 minutes from Plaza Serrano (Palermo)
