Our beautiful 3BR/1.5 bathroom apartment for 5 guests is on the 6th floor of a classic 1940s building with a fabulous view over the scenic Plaza Congreso in central Buenos Aires, just by the historical Avenida de Mayo. The space Our gorgeous 2BR/1.5 bathroom apartment is on the 6th floor of a classic 1940s building on the corner of the scenic Plaza Congreso in central Buenos Aires. The apartment is north-facing and full of sunlight all day long, which can be enjoyed on the balconies off the living room and second bedroom, and the terrace that opens out from the master bedroom. Two large bedrooms have a double bed each. The main bath with shower and tub is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The third, smaller bedroom has a half bath where the new washing machine is located. Hardwood, cement, and tiled floors throughout. Kitchen amenities include microwave, moka pot coffee maker, electric panini press, and stovetop toasting tray. There are two powerful AC units, in the master bedroom and the living room, and two table fans that can be moved around as needed. High-speed WiFi works throughout the apartment, and there are two soundsystems with turntables and a great collection of LPs to enjoy. The apartment is full of artwork and there are lots of books and local travel guides available. Weekly cleaning service with a change of bed linens is included. Extra cleaning during the stay can be added for a small fee. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the apartment during their stay. Other things to note Note that we do have personal items in the apartment, so not all closet space is available. That said, we guarantee that there will be space to hang clothes in a closet, and several drawers available
