Unbeatable location in a very safe area in front of Plaza Libertad, 300 meters from the Teatro Colón or the French Embassy, 150 meters from Avenida Santa Fe and a few blocks from means of transport to the whole city. The space The apartment is located on the sixth and last floor of a rationalist building (with elevator). It has large windows, high ceilings and oak floor of Slavonia. The main windows look northwest, offering good light throughout the day, and give a wide (and hitchcockiano) apple lung with trees. In this way, despite its central location, the apartment is exceptionally quiet, and in the mornings you can hear the singing of the birds.
