Despite being located in a lively area, the inside of the apartment is very quiet. Note: located on the second floor without an elevator. The space The apartment, in a French neoclassic style, is more than 100 years old. The main rooms are spacious, bright. It is really very comfortable. It is a 4 room apartment that has a total of 3 bedrooms. Room 1: two single beds, room 2: double bed, room 3: a single bed, and living room a single sofa-bed. Guest access Relax in the comfortable living room with a couch and a Chromecast TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The KITCHEN-DINING ROOM features a large table and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. Coffee, tea, and mate are always available. The BATHROOM has a carefully designed industrial look with a comfortable antique bathtub for soaking and a washing machine. The three BEDROOMS have air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a workspace. Enjoy the shared TERRACE for sunbathing or relaxing. The Wi-Fi has excellent coverage in all areas and is fast. The area is perfect for getting around the city, as it has three metro lines and numerous bus stops, including the tourist bus stop. Additionally, the area is full of theaters, bookstores, shops, and restaurants, making it an ideal place for those who want to enjoy the culture and urban life of the city.
