Perfect for Large Families or Friends Traveling Together! This spacious stay features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms & 10 beds that easily convert into 5 king-size beds. All rooms include desks, ideal for remote work. Enjoy shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. Conveniently located near the train and Subte, walkable to San Telmo, restaurants, and markets, with a hospital nearby for peace of mind. Comfortable, convenient, & perfect for your group getaway! The space Each room has its own private bathroom for your comfort and convenience. Beds can be set up as either doubles or singles - just let us know your preference in a message after you book. 🚗 Getting here by car? You can park on the street or use one of the nearby parking garages. 🍽️ Local amenities: There are great restaurants just a couple of blocks away, plus cafés, a pharmacy right downstairs, and another one across the street. 🚇 Getting around: The subway is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. San Telmo, the historic and charming neighborhood, is about a 10–15-minute walk away. Guest access You’ll have access to 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, and for your convenience, there's also a washer-dryer combo, an ironing board, and an iron available. We’ve recently installed new, soundproof windows, so even though you are in the middle of the vibrant city, you’ll be able to relax and rest comfortably. Other things to note A few things to keep in mind during your stay 🕒 Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We use the time between 11 AM and 3 PM to properly clean and prepare the space for the next guests. If you're hoping to check in really early or check out much later, please consider booking an extra night - we usually have back-to-back bookings, so it's unlikely the apartment will be available outside of those hours. Thanks for understanding! 🧳 Need to store your bags? No problem! You can leave them in our storage room after 11:00 AM (to avoid disturbing the current guests). The cost is $5 per bag. (We will request the fee via AIRBNB, no cash) If you’re checking out and want to leave your bags a bit longer, storage is available until 3 PM for the same rate. Need more time? Just reach out ahead of time so we can check with the next guests. 🧼 Staying a while? Want fresh sheets or a quick clean-up? We clean the place before you arrive and after you leave. If you'd like a mid-stay cleaning, we can arrange it for $25. Fresh linens and towels are available, too: • $25 for a double bed set • $15 for a single bed set (These are added on top of the cleaning if you want both.) Let us know in advance, and we’ll get it sorted for you!
