Beautiful, rustic house in San Isidro, one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in the outskirts of Buenos Aires. Swimming pool, assortment of bikes and big BBQ will guarantee you will enjoy your summer stay. The house also features 2 private working spaces (1st floor), full wifi coverage with 100 mb, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all in the ground floor). Thanks. This house is very spacious and enjoyable. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, so not only they are easily accessible for the elderly guests but it also means they are quite cool during summer evenings. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans. The master suite features a separate, partitioned bathroom and the other three bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, all with shower/bathtub. A playroom (equipped with TV and Chromecast with Netflix, Disney Channel, etc) connects the kitchen area with the fenced pool in the garden. The kitchen is modern, open, has marble countertops and electric oven and appliances. It also has a dinning table and 2 benches, ideal for quick snacks or for breakfast and/or lunch. Beautiful trees provide the necessary shade to enjoy the warm summer afternoons in the garden. On the first floor there are 2 separate working spaces and a fully equipped ping-pong table. The house has 100 mbps internet service. In addition, several bicycles (4 for adults, 3 for children) are available. Guests can enjoy morning or afternoon strolls / bicycle rides around the neighbourhood. Our home is perfect for relaxing and it has all the practical amenities, spaciousness, and warmth to make your stay special. If you're worried about security, you shouldn't. The house is placed in the middle of the block and 2 security booths are located on the two corners. Plus the house has monitored alarm system, electrical fence with alarm and CCTV security cameras. Children's playground games are available on the garden (swing, slide, flying gym ring, baby airplane, etc) Plenty of parking space: 2 spots inside the house via remote controlled gate plus 6 guest spots outside the house. Electricity and gas bills are also included in the rent for summer months, so you don’t need to worry about paying separate bills.
