The house features three inviting bedrooms, a generous living room, and a large playroom as well as a barbecue area. The space Perfectly suited for families and friends, this urban oasis in the city features a sunny, serene garden that offers a refreshing escape. The house spans 170 m² across three levels, boasting three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a playroom, and a laundry room with a dryer—all fully heated and air-conditioned! Level Descriptions: - Ground Floor: This level includes a welcoming living room with a sofa, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a guest toilet, a service room, a laundry room with a washer, and a full bathroom (currently not in use). Enjoy the outdoors from the veranda, complete with a barbecue in the garden. - First Floor: The main bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a twin bed with an additional single bed underneath, while the third bedroom has two single beds and another bed underneath them. All bedrooms have balconies overlooking the garden and there is another full bathroom on this level. - Second Floor: A large playroom with designated workspace and two extra single beds provides ample space for relaxation and recreation. For detailed layouts, please refer to the floor plans. Safety is a priority! We have installed security barriers on all staircases to keep babies and young children safe. Please note that the house features steep stairs and may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility or elderly guests. The entrance includes steps and is also not wheelchair accessible. Guest access Access is through a separate door, excellent security since it doesn't show from the outside. Shares an access corridor with 2 other properties. It has all the services and comfort you might need, including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning in all rooms, under the floor heating throughout the house, safe, kitchen appliances, flat screen TVs with Chromecast, and broadband Internet (1000 Mbps). All utilitiy costs included in the accommodation costs.
