Unique triplex apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. There is a wide social area where the living room, dining room and kitchen merge. The living room offers 3 comfortable sofa beds for additional travelleres. Next to this social area, there is a sunny patio, with an electric BBQ for meat and veggie lovers. You can find a full bathroom on the ground floor, next to the kitchen. A white staircase takes us to the upper levels, where we find 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and an amazing pr Guest access We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for. Other things to note We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability
